Mostly sane legal analysis of SCO vs. The World

I've followed the SCO vs. Linux issue since it started. As I've said previously, I have some personal interest in this issue. A lot of the "analysis" has been loud posturing. Today Slashdot points out one of the more sane and in-depth legal perspectives I've read.

I've thought about shorting SCO stock, if only on the principle that they shouldn't benefit from their behavior (and maybe I can). Just not sure I want the added anxiety of tracking their stock to make sure I don't lose gobs of money in the process.

I missed the Linux Users' Group anti-SCO rally (at SCO) last week. Heard there were going to be picketers. That would have been interesting. Maybe I can find some pictures.
