Utah Geek Dinner
Next Utah Geek Dinner is in a week, next Thursday evening. DevUtah/Provo Labs has rented a theater for the opening nigt of Superman Returns. Been a while since the last Geek Dinner, but unfortunately I'll have to miss this one.

UPL: Prep'ing for summer trips
Ever wondered what equipment you'd need for a SCUBA trip to Antarctica?
Wonder no more. The Universal Packing List creates a custom packing list for a trip based on your destination(s), average weather during trip dates, activities you're planning, your group composition (including kids), accomodations and equipment you're bringing.
As an added bonus, it also provides a pre-trip to-do list of things you usually remember after you've left home.
There's also a graphical version where you can pick destinations from a world map.
